How Strong? This Strong...

I always rejoice when Tibetan Buddhist organizations prosper. Now it seems that the Ashoka Credit Union founded in 1976 by Trungpa Rinpoche to invoke the concept of "banking without torment," has passed several important milestones and, despite tough times, is holding several millions in assets.

Well, the Kargyudpa, you know....

The Nyingmapa keep it buried in a jar, and then forget where it is buried.

The Gelugpa keep it in Swiss banks.

The Sakyapa just keep it.
